Dear Parents,

 

It’s not too late to purchase tickets to the Gala 10th Anniversary Ball. Purchases can be made on line. Go to the school website at www.icsclinton.org The Gala Ball is on Feb.11 at the Grand Colonial.

 

Please note the following Calendar Change…School will be closed on Friday, March 2 for a Teacher Professional Development day. My apologies for omitting the date from the school calendar.

The “Father Daughter Dance” has been postponed. The new date will be announced at a later date.

 

As Catholic Schools Week comes to an end I would like to thank all those who made it a very special week of celebrations and visits from current and new parents. Visiting parents had glowing compliments for student and adult tour guides. Teachers and secretaries were complimented for the excellent information provided. My thanks to teachers, parents, school staff and students for providing an exciting and welcoming school environment. We particularly enjoyed seeing so many parents at lunch.

 

Students should have shared (or will share) Thursday’s activities. We began with a beautiful liturgy. Mrs. Frey prepared for and led the IC Singers at liturgy. Mrs. James prepared the students to sing along with the choir. The end result was a Church filled with song. At Faith Families the students made Valentines for Jesus with beautiful prayers written on paper hearts. The hearts are connected with yarn. They will be displayed in the lobby and hallways. Each grade presented at a school wide meeting. Teachers chose the method of response from “round of applause” to a simple Amen.

 

Re-registration forms were due on Monday. If you have not returned your registration form or notice of transfer from ICS please complete and return the form for each student as soon as possible. Call the Office and request registration forms for new siblings who will be attending in September. New students will be accepted for any open seats. Any registration questions should be directed to the School Office. All outstanding balances must be paid in full and the tuition for 2011/2012 current to re-register your child. Any questions should be directed to the Business Office. The re-registration and new registration packets for 2012/2013 must be fully completed and returned with registration fees.
